The chrome bumper crossmember differs from the rubber bumper crossmember in 2 ways: The position of the steering rack, and the height of the mounting bracket to the longeron. The mounting bracket is approximately 1 inch lower on the chrome bumper crossmember which lowers the rise height by the same ammount.
